This study investigates the determinants of digital financial inclusion (DFI) and its impact on the ease of doing business for micro-enterprises in India. Using data from the World Bank's Enterprises Survey of Micro Firms (ESM) 2022, the study employs ANOVA and logistic regression to analyze the relationship between DFI and perceived business obstacles. Findings indicate that DFI helps overcome obstacles related to business regulation and market externalities. Access to the internet, education, and owner experience are key determinants of DFI among micro-enterprises.
