Abstract
This study aimed to develop a core outcome set for early childhood obesity prevention intervention studies (COS-EPOCH). A three-stage process was followed: (1) systematic scoping review of existing trials; (2) e-Delphi study with stakeholders (parents, policymakers, researchers, health professionals, community stakeholders); (3) consensus meeting. Twenty-two outcomes across nine domains were included in the final core outcome set. This standardized approach will improve evidence comparison and synthesis.
