Abstract
This study developed a teaching capability maturity model (TCMM) for Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) teachers in Taiwan, driven by the nation's bilingual education policy. Using the modified Delphi method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the researchers surveyed 33 experienced CLIL teachers. The resulting model highlights the importance of course management capabilities and practical teaching experience in content subjects for successful CLIL instruction.
