Computer-aided interpretation of chest radiography reveals the spectrum of tuberculosis in rural South Africa

This research explores the effectiveness of the CAD4TB algorithm in detecting tuberculosis cases among a rural South African population. The study highlights how CAD4TB was able to identify a significant number of asymptomatic TB cases, demonstrating its potential to aid traditional radiology in its battle against this prevalent disease.
