Can socially sustainable development be achieved through homestead withdrawal? A hybrid multiple-attributes decision analysis

This study explores how rural homestead withdrawal (WRH) policies influence social sustainability in China, evaluating their impact on socio-ecological conditions, welfare, equity, and inclusion. Insights gathered through a sophisticated decision analysis model reveal critical sub-dimensions for sustainable social development, aided by recommendations for policy improvement.
