This study investigates the dynamics of vaccine-specific antibody response in breast milk and serum of ten lactating women who received two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. The results show a rapid and synchronized antibody response in both breast milk and serum, stabilizing 14 days after the second dose. The breast milk response includes IgG and IgA with neutralizing capacity, and levels are comparable to those elicited by the TDaP vaccine.
