Abstract
This study investigated the impact of a four-week art-making intervention on the stress levels of college students. Using a pre-test/post-test design with a control group and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), the study found a significant reduction in stress perception among participants in the experimental group who engaged in art-making activities (freehand drawing, clay modeling, and crafting). The results suggest art-making as a potential stress-reduction method for college students.
