This study assessed attitudes towards and willingness to accept alternatives for sustainable dentistry in Trinidad and Tobago. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 1267 participants in private and public dental clinics. Participants reported a very positive attitude towards sustainable dentistry (Mean = 3.89, SD = 0.8) and were moderately willing to accept alternatives like longer appointment times and paying more for treatments. A strong positive correlation existed between attitudes and willingness to accept longer appointment times. The adult population demonstrated a positive attitude towards sustainable dentistry and willingness to adopt environmentally friendly alternatives.
