Abstract
This study introduces a wireless, battery-free eye modulation patch for high myopia therapy. The patch, powered and controlled by external ultrasound, uses a micro-actuator to shorten axial length, microneedles to deliver riboflavin, and µ-LEDs for collagen cross-linking. In vivo experiments show significant axial length reduction (~1217 µm) and sclera strength increase (387%). This patch offers a promising approach for treating high myopia.
