This quasi-experimental study evaluated the effectiveness of the Treasure File Programme (TFP) in improving self-esteem among 794 primary school children (intervention group) compared to 592 in a control group. The TFP showed significant improvement in self-esteem in the intervention group, but no effects on other well-being domains (physical, emotional) or relationships (family, friends, school). The findings suggest the TFP is effective for improving self-esteem in primary school children.
