Abstract
This paper presents a novel approach to fabricate flexible, breathable composites with advanced thermal management capabilities for wearable electronics. The approach involves coating boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) onto patterned electrospun thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fibrous mats. This composite significantly enhances thermal conductivity while maintaining breathability, leading to a substantial decrease in operating temperature and minimal temperature fluctuation under bending.
