✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Professional Background: NGO professionals working in areas such as:
    • Community development
    • Environment
    • Education
    • Women’s rights
    • Civic engagement & human rights
    • Emergency relief
    • Disability inclusion
    • Children & families welfare
    • Social innovation & entrepreneurship
    • Outstanding applicants from other fields may also be considered.
  • Work Experience: At least three years of experience in the NGO sector.
  • Personal Attributes: Demonstrated professional excellence, independence, and self-motivation to complete an independent fellowship.
  • Age: Between 25 to 40 years old.
  • Country of Origin: Applicants must be from one of the following regions:

🌏 Eligible Countries

Southeast Asia

  • Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.

South Asia

  • Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan.

Northeast Asia

  • Japan, South Korea, Mongolia.

Pacific Islands

  • Palau, Marshall Islands, Tuvalu.

Language Requirement

  • Proficiency in written and oral English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
