📖 About Wexner Davidson Fellowship
The Wexner Davidson Fellowship (WDF) is a leadership development and Jewish learning initiative designed for North American Jewish communal professionals aged 26–36 years old. This program provides opportunities for personal and professional growth to the next generation of Jewish professional leaders serving the North American Jewish community.
🎁 Benefits of Wexner Davidson Fellowship
Participants in the fellowship will enjoy the following benefits:
- Access to a pool of funds (approximately $5,000 per fellow per year) for additional learning and growth.
- Funds can be used for Foundation-approved professional development opportunities, including associated travel and accommodations.
- Reimbursement for these expenses.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be based in North America and employed full-time by a non-profit (501©3 or registered charity) Jewish communal organization.
- Be aged 26–36 years old by April 1, 2026.
- Fulfill the following work experience requirements by April 1, 2026:
- At least three years of post-baccalaureate full-time work experience.
- At least two years of work experience at a North American Jewish communal organization.
- At least one full year of employment at the current organization.
- Be a citizen of the United States, Canada, or Mexico, or have documentation that allows them to work in that country.
- Obtain written support from their immediate supervisor and Executive Director of their current organization for full participation in the Fellowship Program (a letter of support will be provided for those invited to complete the full application).

🗓️ Application Date and Process
The application process for the Wexner Davidson Fellowship consists of two phases:
Phase 1: Pre-application Eligibility
- Applicants must fill out their basic information and upload a resume as part of a pre-application eligibility form.
- Pre-applications are approved manually on a rolling basis during business hours.
- Ensure submission of the pre-application with enough time to complete the full application (if approved).
Phase 2: Full Application
- Those invited to complete the full application will need to provide specific items listed in detail.
- Candidates cannot complete the full application until their pre-application eligibility has been approved.
