Short-Term Fellowship Abroad
- Monthly stipend: USD 3,000 (covers accommodation and living expenses)
- Return economy class airfare via Government of India-approved travel agencies

- Overseas mediclaim insurance reimbursement: Up to INR 20,000
Long-Term Fellowship Abroad
- Monthly stipend: USD 3,000

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Short-Term Fellowships Abroad
- Duration: 15 days to 3 months
- Age limit: Below 57 years as of the last date of application submission
Long-Term Fellowships Abroad
- Duration: 6 months to 12 months
- Age limit: Below 45 years as of the last date of application submission
Additional Requirements
- Must be Indian citizens working in India
- Must hold one of the following qualifications:
- MD, MS, MDS, DNB
- MBBS, BDS, MVSc, MSc, MPharma, MTech (or equivalent) with PhD in biomedical/health research
- Must have at least 3 years of teaching or research experience after the qualifying degree
- Must be employed in a recognized academic or research institution
