- Up to $25,000 for designated private heritage sites.
- Up to $30,000 for sites owned by non-profit organizations or First Nations.

Eligible applicants include:
- Private property owners.
- Strata corporations.
- Registered non-profit societies.
- Federally registered charities.
- First Nations.
Site Requirements
- The site must be listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register or actively applying for inclusion.
- Exceptions may be made for sites of Indigenous cultural significance.
