📖 About Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship Program

The Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) is a fellowship program based on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. It was created in 2017 by the Pasona Group. The mission of AYF is to bring together talented youth from across the globe to contribute to Awaji Island’s revitalization in fields such as:

• Agriculture
• Tourism
• Hospitality
• Arts
• Entertainment

✅ Fellowship Requirements

To be eligible for the Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Open to all nationalities.
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and have some previous work experience.
• Demonstrate a commitment to solving societal problems and contributing to AYF projects.
• Exhibit core values of hard work, discipline, and care for others.
• Proof of IELTS or any other language test is NOT required.
