Abstract
This article argues that although AI language has developed to answer human questions, it cannot contain truth. As humans increasingly depend on AI’s artificial language, key questions arise about whether AI can substitute for human speech and whether it contributes to the expansion of human thinking and being. The paper clarifies limitations of artificial intelligence language by analyzing the meaning of human language and discourse through Foucault’s and Heidegger’s discussions of language, subject, existence, and authentic discourse. Using their perspectives, it re-analyzes AI-generated language in relation to truth, contending that AI language lacks the capacity to embody emotions and subjectivity inherent in human discourse and thus cannot fulfill language’s role as a tool for understanding the world, existence, and human relations.
