This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption of blockchain technology in accounting education, focusing on Indian university faculty members. Using a moderated model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study analyzes data from 191 faculty members. Findings highlight the significant role of organizational support in shaping behavioral intentions, impacting perceived usefulness and attitudes. Perceived ease of use indirectly affects intentions through its influence on perceived usefulness and attitude. The moderated model explained 64% of the variance in behavioral intentions. These results offer implications for educational policy in India and similar developing nations.
