This systematic review investigates the association between video games and violence among children and adolescents in the Arab world. Nine studies were included, with six examining the relationship between video games and aggression; five of these found a significant association. Factors like age, sex (predominance among early adolescents and males), and duration of gameplay were significantly associated with aggression. The review highlights the limited research in this area within the Arab world and the need for standardized measures in future studies.
