This paper proposes a design for a blended learning system tailored to New Zealand institutions. It addresses challenges in implementing blended learning models effectively by combining traditional teaching methods with digital technologies. The model aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience without replacing traditional approaches, also evaluating student and teacher performance.
