Abstract
This study in Ecuador designs an Intercultural Edu-communication Model for the Training of Women Entrepreneurs (MEIFE), addressing historical educational exclusion of women, particularly in rural and marginalized urban areas. Using participatory research with qualitative and quantitative methods (observation, interviews, surveys), the model integrates indigenous, Afro-Ecuadorian, and mestizo perspectives to promote "sumak kawsay" (Good Living). The study reveals significant educational disparities and proposes MEIFE as a non-formal education tool to empower women entrepreneurs within their cultural context.
