Abstract
This literature review examines the role of vitamin C in preventing and treating COVID-19. While vitamin C is crucial for immune function and possesses antioxidant properties, the evidence supporting its use against COVID-19 remains inconclusive. Although some studies show potential benefits in specific areas such as treating sepsis, further research is needed to establish vitamin C as an effective prophylactic or therapeutic agent against COVID-19.
