Abstract
This article analyzes the Kosovo International Summer Academy (KSA)'s role in shaping international students' perceptions of Kosovo. The study finds that KSA participants, after attending the program, evaluate Kosovo more positively than before, suggesting that international education programs can be effective public diplomacy strategies for small states facing image challenges.
