This article examines the phenomenon of far-right self-improvement on 4chan's 'Politically Incorrect' board, focusing on the 'iron pill'—a blend of self-help and far-right propaganda aimed at transforming online users into survivalists and soldiers. It explores the role of self-improvement in online radicalization, drawing parallels with historical fascist movements and the concept of the 'New Man.' The article analyzes how a narrative of conspiracy and resistance motivates self-improvement, ultimately cementing radicalization.
