Abstract
This meta-analysis examines the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) in improving anxiety, depression, stress, and mindfulness scores in menopausal women. A systematic search was conducted in six databases, yielding 13 studies. Meta-analysis results showed that MBIs significantly reduced stress (SMD = −0.84, 95% CI: −1.64 to −0.05, p = 0.04), but not anxiety, depression, or mindfulness. MBIs may reduce stress in menopausal women, but further validation is needed for their effect on anxiety, depression, and mindfulness.
