Abstract

This research investigates the dynamic relationship between digitalization and human capital development in Vietnam from 1996 to 2019, utilizing a novel econometric approach. Vietnam's proactive policies and voluntary business adoption of digital technologies provide a unique case study. The study employs the extended joint connectedness method (TVPVAR-EJC) to analyze time series data, overcoming data scarcity challenges. Findings offer valuable insights for economists and policymakers regarding human resource development in the digital age.
