International development (ID) agriculture projects in developing countries face unique supply chain challenges. This study identifies key challenges and proposes solutions using focus group discussions (FGDs) and the fuzzy Delphi method. Seventeen critical challenges are identified, including political influence, donor-incompatible regulations, and natural disasters. Recommendations are ranked by importance, emphasizing the need for efficient strategies to maximize value for money.
