Electrophysiological monitoring during strenuous exercise using stretchable dry electrodes is crucial for healthcare, prosthetics, and human-machine interfaces. Existing dry electrodes struggle with the combined challenges of rapid movement and profuse sweating. This paper introduces a nano-thick porous stretchable dry electrode system with high stretchability and water permeability. The electrode conforms to the skin and stretches with it, even during sweating, enabling EMG detection during 10g acceleration and 2.8 mg cm⁻² min⁻¹ sweating. It also acquires ECG and EEG signals. This system advances biomedical research and applications requiring stable electrophysiological signal recording during strenuous exercise.
