Textile-integrated sensors using conductive, electrochemically active microfibers offer a cost-effective, nearly invisible method for distributed sweat sensing in clothing. This research presents an electrochemical yarn based on modified dry-spun reduced graphene oxide (rGO) fibers. This braided yarn integrates reference, counter, lactate-responsive (functionalized with lactate oxidase), and pH-sensing fibers for continuous data collection and wireless transmission to a mobile app. The yarn's performance is comparable to traditional probes, offering broad utility for standalone or integrated physiological parameter monitoring.
