Abstract
This prospective observational study investigated the long-term impact of COVID-19 infection on patients' health, function, and well-being. Researchers examined persistent symptoms, their effects on function and quality of life, and associated risk factors. The study found that post-COVID patients exhibited significantly worse scores for fatigue, depression, and quality of life compared to population norms. Regular exercise was identified as a strong predictor of better health outcomes.
