Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing organizational resilience in Chinese tourism companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a resource-capacity-relationship framework and the stress-state-response (PSR) model, it analyzes the interplay of epidemic pressure, corporate governance, redundant resources, and CSR performance. Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) reveals four key configurations for high organizational resilience and highlights the crucial role of CSR, even in compensating for resource deficiencies. The study contributes to the understanding of organizational resilience in developing countries and offers practical guidance for sustainable tourism development.
