Abstract
This study synthesizes the opinions of 3731 research scholars worldwide on the COVID-19 pandemic through a survey. The highest consensus concerned improving public health infrastructure and delivering economic support, while agreement on ecological aspects was low. Three dimensions of thinking emerged: public health (widespread support), science-led policy focusing on social justice and environmental governance, and nature conservation's role in pandemic risk reduction. Opinions varied by age, country, and education level, but strong agreement existed on global health equity and science-led public policy.
