Online Transdiagnostic Emotion Regulation Treatment for Adolescents With Mental Health Problems: A Randomized Clinical Trial

An online, 6-week therapist-guided transdiagnostic emotion regulation program for adolescents (12–17) in Swedish primary care was tested in a randomized clinical trial and found feasible, acceptable, and potentially efficacious—showing large reductions in symptom severity, anxiety and depression, and improved functioning; research conducted by Katja Sjöblom, Katri Frankenstein, Lars Klintwall, Jannike Nilbrink, Maria Zetterqvist, Hugo Hesser, Erik Hedman-Lagerlöf, James J.
