Using a programmable quantum processor with 10 superconducting qubits, we simulate the 1D generalized Aubry-André-Harper (GAAH) model. We observe extended, localized, and critical phases, characterizing phase transitions by measuring participation entropies and spin transport. Our results demonstrate the tunable coupling architecture's potential for simulating various quantum phenomena.
