Abstract
This study explores the relationship between organisational learning culture, organisational learning, organisational performance, and sustainable performance in European universities. Using survey data from 221 university teachers, the study finds a positive relationship between organisational learning culture and organisational learning, and between organisational learning and both organisational and sustainable performance. Organisational learning processes mediate the relationship between organisational learning culture and university performance. The study addresses a gap in the literature on organisational learning and sustainable performance in universities.
