Abstract
This research examines the impact of local collaborative governance (LCG) on public service delivery (PSD) in Pakistan, focusing on the mediating role of institutional capacity building (ICB). Data from multisector organizations reveal a significant relationship between LCG and both PSD and ICB. LCG positively influences PSD through ICB's dimensions: service capacity, evaluative capacity, and monitoring & operations capacity.
