This study investigates the role of corporate universities in facilitating lifelong learning within Chinese organizations. Using grounded theory, the researchers analyzed seven corporate universities, identifying four key paths through which these institutions empower organizations: generating strategic knowledge, sharing business knowledge, optimizing governance knowledge, and transforming cultural knowledge. The findings contribute to the literature on corporate universities and knowledge management, offering practical implications for managers and corporate university administrators.
