Abstract
This bibliometric study systematically analyzes research on older adults’ technology acceptance from 2013 to 2023, using data from the Web of Science Core Collection. The study utilizes VOSviewer and CiteSpace to map knowledge evolution, identify key journals, countries, institutions, and authors, and uncover seminal literature and research hotspots. Findings reveal a rapid growth in the field, with key themes focused on factors influencing adoption, human-robot interaction, mobile health, and aging-in-place technologies. Future research should focus on theoretical model refinement, long-term usage, and user experience evaluation.
