This study investigated the association between inflammatory molecule profiles and various expressions of neurological disorders in preschool children with a history of perinatal risks. The findings revealed distinct and even opposing inflammatory profiles associated with different neurological alterations, suggesting complex molecular adjustments to challenges, damage, and sequelae. A "hyper-resolution" state, characterized by low pro- and anti-inflammatory molecules and high pro-resolving mediators, was observed in children at high risk for regulatory disorders.
