Abstract

This study examines the role of social media platforms in shaping diaspora activism among exiled Rohingyas. Drawing on yearlong online ethnographic findings, it shows how digital platforms foster togetherness, construct and contest diasporic identities, and facilitate civic and political e-activism. The study highlights how Rohingyas use digital spaces to practice resistance and recognition against Myanmar's government.
