Abstract
This study investigated the potassium (K) content in 2,040 ecosystem communities across the Tibetan Plateau from 2019-2021. It found that K content, density, and storage were substantial, and that precipitation was the primary driver of K variation, with humid regions showing higher K levels. Spatial analysis revealed higher K in southeastern regions and lower values in the northwest. The study highlights the impact of climate change on vegetation K and offers valuable data for biogeochemical cycle optimization.
