This paper introduces a series of flexible dynamic room-temperature phosphorescence (DURTP) polymer composites illuminated by halogen-doped carbon dots (CDs). The authors demonstrate that enhancing intersystem crossing (ISC) and suppressing the activation threshold depend on the doping degree of CDs, achieving a grayscale display with the highest halogen content. Applications in grayscale-based UV photography and steganography are explored.
