Abstract
This qualitative-phenomenological study investigated a gradual training model based on parallel processes for school counseling students delivering psycho-educational intervention programs. Thirty-three graduate students were interviewed after delivering 27 programs. Results showed the training enhanced students’ personal and professional development and confidence, enriching their skills in delivering effective intervention programs.
