This work demonstrates the existence of a giant nonlinear Hall effect in twisted bilayer WTe₂. The Berry curvature dipole in twisted bilayer WTe₂ (θ = 29.4°) reaches ~1400 Å, significantly larger than in previously reported systems. The complex band structure, featuring numerous band anticrossings and inversions near the Fermi level, leads to oscillating nonlinear Hall signals. The effect's large amplitude and tunability highlight twisted bilayer WTe₂ as a promising platform for studying the nonlinear Hall effect.
