Abstract
This study investigates the impact of data-driven decision-making (DDDM) on productivity in Pakistan's banking sector, considering data analytics capability. Using Instrumental Variable Two-Stage Least Square and primary data from an online survey, findings suggest that banks utilizing analytics and DDDM methods experience a 9-10% productivity increase. DDDM adoption with data analytics investment leads to enhanced productivity.
