Abstract
This study assesses the food fraud vulnerability of post-harvest seafood supply chains in the UK using the SSAFE food fraud vulnerability assessment tool. The analysis reveals a medium overall vulnerability, with the highest risk in technical opportunities. Certification status significantly impacts vulnerability, particularly regarding control measures. Uncertified prawn supply chains, salmon supply chains, and food service companies appear to be at higher risk.
