This study investigates the relationship between flexible working hours (FWH) and employee productivity in a Saudi Arabian organization. Using a qualitative methodology with triangulation (semi-structured interviews and document analysis), the research explores employee perspectives on factors related to FWH that influence their attitude toward productivity. The study addresses a methodological gap in existing literature by employing a mixed qualitative approach and contributes unique insights into the context of FWH in a Middle Eastern setting.
