Abstract
This *in vitro* study investigated the antibacterial efficacy of BioMin F and NovaMin toothpastes against *Streptococcus mutans* compared to Signal toothpaste. BioMin F exhibited the highest mean inhibition zone diameter (2.67 mm), significantly greater than NovaMin (0.39 mm) and Signal (2.19 mm) (p < 0.001). BioMin F demonstrated superior antibacterial activity, suggesting its potential as a caries prevention measure.
