This randomized controlled trial (RCT) assessed the effectiveness of the "Blue Hope" psychoeducational intervention for parents of preschool children with ASD in Tunisia. Thirty-one parents participated in the intervention, while 31 served as a control group. The "Blue Hope" program, consisting of eight sessions (face-to-face and online), significantly improved child communication, reduced behavior problems, and lessened parental anxiety and depression at the 6-month follow-up. The findings suggest "Blue Hope" as a cost-effective intervention for parents of children with ASD in low-income countries.
