Abstract
This study investigates the non-linear relationship between digitalization and the high-quality development of cultural, sports, and tourism enterprises. Using panel data from 116 listed Chinese companies (2010-2020), it finds an inverted U-shaped relationship, where moderate digitalization boosts quality, while excessive digitalization hinders it. Human capital and enterprise innovation mediate this relationship. The study also reveals regional, lifecycle, and risk-tolerance variations in the impact of digitalization.
